Eloquence Club

We are on a mission to empower individuals to communicate at ease in English, gain confidence, and get recognized in the present line of work.

The Eloquence club is a forum designed to gear business professionals for whom English is a foreign language. The entire idea is crafted to build a realistic platform for experts to learn how to hold better client communication, present ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.  With a combination of one-on-one mentoring and group discussions, the participants will experience and practice thinking in English, focusing on intent and thought clarity through a variety of contexts.

Realize the need

If your organization focuses on a global scale but English is not your first language, the Eloquence club can give you that upbeat to scale.

  • You use the same words repeatedly in your conversations.

  • You know a few empowering words that will fit the context but not sure how to fit it in.

  • You have the apprehension to quickly share your thoughts in the meetings.

  • You stumble to ask questions at the client requirement call.

  • You don't want others to think of you as disinterested or less knowledgeable.

  • You are unable to connect with the top management due to language skills.

How do we do it?

You will be experiencing a virtual safe place to connect, experience, learn, practice and guide others here. Isn’t that interesting?

As a member of the Eloquence Club, we will meet twice a month. Every month we pick a most voted challenge by the team members and address them. Every challenge leads to a set of intricacies and each of it will be aligned to a role.

The good news is our experts have already worked on the intricacies and linked it to appropriate roles. Either you may choose your role or work with a suggested role. To make you skillful for these roles, your mentors will collaborate with you.

Here are the list of common challenges we hear often:

  • Speaking Fluently

  • Thinking in the local language

  • Using regional words while conversing

  • Respond spontaneously

  • Fear of making mistakes

  • Using fillers

  • High/low rate of speech

  • Using right choice of words
